You can hear the waterfall from the Victoria Falls Coffee Company - a Cafe and Roastery in a courtyard beside the Goat Restaurant on Metcalfe road. At the cafe we roast our Zimbabwean green arabica coffee beans, plus a few international varietals.

Quintessentially Victoria Falls, in a courtyard under ancient mango trees (and a banyan tree), frequented by coffee aficionados, locals and tourists alike.
There we serve our flagship Zimbabwe coffee: Single origin coffee from a small estate in the Eastern Highlands. Plus some select international varietals - mostly African - from Zambia, Ethiopia and Rwanda, and Columbia.

We roast and grind our coffee on site in our Blazing Flame roaster made in Cape Town
Our Coffee
Coffee is best served a week after roasting. Dark roasts use dark, more porous beans, which allow the gas to escape more quickly, so can be served as soon as 5 days after roasting. Medium Roasts - ideally served over a week after roasting. Light Roasts - wait a minimum of 10 days.
Ngwenya (meaning crocodile) is our flagship, single origin coffee composed entirely of coffee grown on a small estate in Chimanimani, in the Eastern Highlands, on the border with Mozambique.
The result is a medium bodied, balanced, aromatic cup, much loved by our cafe regulars.
Mvuu (meaning hippo) is a blend of Zimbabwean, Columbian and Rwandan coffee. To Zimbabwe’s chocolatey, woody, aromatic notes, we add the smooth, caramelly taste with a medium body of Columbian coffee. And then Rwandan, which has a balanced sweetness and distinct, spicy African character.
Goat is a blend of Zimbabwean, Columbian and Ethiopian coffee.
Our Zimbabwe Highland coffee combined with Columbian and Ethiopian, which is famously variable, floral, citrusy and spicy.

Grind Options
We grind our coffee for French Press, Moka pot, Espresso, Filter (Pour Over) and Cold Brew. Let us know your preference when you place your oder.
