The Coffee And Roastery

Our single origin Zimbabwe coffee comes from a small estate in Chipinge, in the  Eastern Highlands. To the Zimbabwe coffee - the backbone of our production - we add, variously: Colombian, Ethiopian, Rwandan, Zambian and Kenyan coffee. All of which is freshly roasted in situ, at the cafe.

Ngwenya (meaning crocodile) is our flagship, single origin coffee composed entirely of coffee grown on a small estate in Chimanimani, in the Eastern Highlands, on the border with Mozambique.

The result is a medium bodied, balanced, aromatic cup, much loved by our cafe regulars.

Mvuu (meaning hippo) is a blend of Zimbabwean, Columbian and Rwandan coffee.

To Zimbabwe's chocolatey, woody, aromatic notes, we add the smooth, caramelly taste with a medium body of Columbian coffee. And then Rwandan, which has a balanced sweetness and distinct, spicy African character.

Goat is a blend of Zimbabwean, Columbian and Ethiopian coffee.  

Our Zimbabwe Highland coffee combined with Columbian again, and Ethiopian, which is famously variable, floral, citrusy and spicy.
